Nurto Essence Colon Cleanse & Detox Review

This is my review of Nutro Essence Colon Cleans & Detox pills.  This is a 30 day supply.  The pills are easy to swallow.  They are the typical size gelatin capsules.  The ingredients are all natural which include Acai Berry Fruit Powder, Psyllium Powder, Inulin, Slippery Elm Bark, Aloe Vera Leaf Powder, Chlorella, Black Walnut Hulls Powder,  Ginger Root, Hyssop Leaf, Papaya Fruit Powder and Lycopene.    I have only been taking the pills for a week, but they have made a difference.  I take 1 pill in the a.m. and 1 pill in the p.m. before dinner.  With some cleans/detoxes it causes cramping and diarrhea, well, not this stuff.  I have stayed fairly well within my normal bathroom routine.  Sometimes there is a little more urgency than normal, but nothing overwhelming.  Some people may think it is gross to look at your bowel movement in the toilet, but I like to make sure it looks normal (sometimes it is hard to tell if it is normal or not during the evacuation).  There has been a little change in the consistency and color, but still well within my normal range.  I look forward to completing the bottle (about 3 more weeks) and hopefully I will have lost a little weight and some inches.
